Coaches are the caretakers of dreams. This embrace after monumental matches serves as a mutual thank you between coach and athlete — from the athlete it’s an expression of gratitude for the coach’s knowledge, direction, time and dedication to that dream. From the coach, it’s a thank you for the athlete’s obedience, and ultimate belief that this person would be capable of helping you reach your goals or better yet, exceed them. The best coach/athlete relationships require complete trust and faith in one another. When you create that chemistry, the possibilities are endless.
