_CLIENT HIGHLIGHT_ After playing his first season of high school football, Daniel wanted to step up his game and learn more about weightlifting. He wanted to be faster and stronger and represent Los Al to the best of his abilities. I could tell he was hungry and eager from our first session. He was always digging for answers and asking questions. This kind of mindset serves well inside the weight room: a thinking mindset; how to go from where I am to where I want to be, efficiently and correctly. He applied his new found understanding to each session and displayed positive growth during our short time together. He stayed the course through the monotony of unweighted position work even though his main goal is to lift big weights. Keep focusing on technique and the big weights will come my dude!
