Move with intention in the warm up. Build row pace across each round. Build clean weight after each round to your working weight. Allow the row and cleans to elevate your heart rate and breathing and use the other movements to let HR and Breath recover.

45sec row (build cal/hr each round)
4 strider twists (each)
6 hips down push ups
8 squat jumps
10 kip swings
*build cleans after each round
