A test for barbell stamina and running grit. The ability to work under a high heart rate and breathing rate will be challenged. The built in rest will also fine tune your ability to recover. GOAL: Sets unbroken. Push the runs. DETAILS: As the workout progresses, the sets will become tougher to hold onto. As you push to hold on to the bar, your heart rate will spike. As your heart rate spikes, the short 200m run that was fast in round one will become a burden in the later rounds. Work towards decreasing your heart rate and calming your breathing rate during the rest.
