My right elbow was always lower than my left in the front rack.
I always crashed at the bottom when I caught heavier weights.
I utilized this protocol from activeliferx and once those issues were resolved I continued to use it because it’s that good.
_5 Sets @ 80% 1 RM Front Squat_
Every 2 Minutes On The Minute: Hold for 30sec
2-3 days later do it again with 35sec holds.
2-3 days later again with 40sec.
And again with 45sec.
After you complete the 45sec session, start back at 30sec next time but with 85%.
Once you complete all four sessions at 85%, increase to 90% and repeat…
