_THE KIP_ If you are struggling with kipping movements, my advice is that you return to the fundamentals of the movement and fine tune your “kip”. • Swinging forward and back underneath the bar is simple in writing but complex in application. • Assuming you have the necessary shoulder strength and range of motion, learning and mastering the kip will help you conquer the complexity. • In the video, I slowed down the transition between each movement and you can see they are similar. • If my transition (the kip) changed in timing or position, I wouldn’t be able to link reps comfortably. • I still practice my kip often to ensure that muscle memory stays intact during workouts. • Practice your kip every day, especially on days you plan to use kipping movements. • #bhernmethod #kipping #kippingpullups #pullups #chesttobar #barmuscleup #health #movement
