Meltio - This works like a 3D printer but uses lasers, allowing students to create prototypes quickly on a sustainable pieces of equipment that uses very little power. 2. An assessment rig built by our own amazing Apprentices. 3. Ermaksan hydraulic guillotine shear - an industry-standard sheet metal cutter that works to exact specifications to produce metal for students to create new equipment & for welding. 4. Students’ work demonstrating a range of metal cutting processes.
