Meet Hycrome Ltd, Commitment to Apprenticeships (50+ employees) Award winner at the Themis Inspire and Achieve Awards 2022. Apprentices’ ideas and innovation are encouraged and implemented at Hycrome. They are committed to providing quality training and development for Apprentices throughout the business. Each Apprentice has an individual development plan, which is discussed and reviewed regularly, with Apprentices tasked with key projects within the business, such as a customer satisfaction survey and an initiative to reduce hazardous waste and costs, improving environmental impact.
