Exciting news! Long Beach Mayor rexrichardsonlb recently met with institutional leaders and students at #CSUDH to discuss how the skills he developed while attending the university have helped him in his career. As someone who has benefited from a CSUDH education, Mayor Richardson is passionate about creating opportunities for others to pursue careers in public service. During the meeting, our interns spoke about the Public Sector Job Aggregator Tool, which helps students and job seekers find public service positions that match their skills and interests. Our leaders also discussed the importance of translating skills and creating pathways for students to enter public service positions.
