Here’s the misconception of “fitness”: it doesn’t have a certain look. Fit bodies come in all shapes, sizes and colors. There is no way to measure REAL health by just looking at someone. I come from a family of naturally muscular / Swedish people but that doesn’t mean that every day of the year I’m running around jacked without cellulite and other “flaws”🙄. Unless I’m jeopardizing my health, I’m pretty much going to stay the same shape. Let’s start accepting everyone for their own unique shapes and stop shaming “fat”, “thin”, “muscular”, “curvy” whatever the topic of the week is. Get comfortable with being yourself and no one will stop you ♥️ pc:
