Hello there! We have a lot of new followers lately so we wanted to share our photo session process. 📸✨ Erik and I will always use off camera flash. This means we have an external light source to illuminate otherwise shadowed areas on our subject. The benefit of there being two of us is we can quickly manipulate our light source to better suit our subject and to breath a little more life into our photos. This gives our photos a more “studio” look, without actually being in studio. We love outdoor photography because the sun helps give a 3rd dimension to our subject naturally, which really puts them in focus. The sun of course isn’t always out, but we still have our flash to really make our subject pop. Our favorite, and usually the only time of day, we will take photos is during golden hour.
