Studio houses assure you to already cover your bases on: • Set Up — most places are fully furnished, but allow you to bring your own props or rent your own furniture as well • Lighting— as long as you shoot as an early enough time • Multiple Locations — there are at least 2 rooms plus the front and back of the house to use.
