Do you want to learn more about what it is like to work as a Student Ambassador at the McMullen Museum of Art? Come to our game night this Thursday, March 21st, from 5–8 PM at the McMullen. The Student Ambassadors will be there to answer questions, talk more about their jobs, and play some fun board games. The Student Ambassador application is currently live on our website and closes Monday, April 1st. Student Ambassadors work five to ten hours a week at $15 an hour collaborating on student programs and exhibition openings, acting as museum greeters, selling catalogues, contributing to the McMullen’s social media platforms, implementing new digital initiatives, creating virtual walkthroughs and podcasts, and assisting with research on temporary exhibitions and the Museum’s permanent collection. Student Ambassadors explore first-hand museum best practices while gaining experience in collections management, digital humanities, museum programming, and marketing. #McMullen
