To make it yourself, simply use: . *1 tub of ricotta *1/2 can of spinach puree *1 lemon juiced and zested *A grate of fresh nutmeg *Salt and pepper . To make, spoon 1 tub of ricotta into a bowl and add a 1/2 can of spinach purée. Combine the two until mixed well. Add a grate of fresh nutmeg, a sprinkle of salt & pepper and 1 lemon juiced and zested. Mix again until combined. The pâté is then ready to go!
