A vegetarian cracker topping with some serious bite! We are loving this spicy tofu with celery and coriander salad on top of our Doriano Sea Salt crackers for our lunch today. See the recipe below. What's on your crackers? . . . Ingredients: *1 pack of firm tofu diced *1 tbsp chilli oil *1 tbsp soy sauce *2 sticks of celery with leaves *2 tbsp of coriander *Salt and pepper . . . Method: *Pop the diced tofu into a bowl and mix with the chilli oil and soy sauce.
