Ingredients:
*Diced cooking chorizo
*1 can of cannellini beans
*1 garlic clove finely chopped
*2 tbsp parsley chopped *Salt and pepper

Method:
*Warm a frying pan with a little oil and cook the chorizo until crispy.
*In a blender, whizz up the beans until just smooth.
*Stir in the chorizo, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper into the bean mix.
*Serve onto your crackers.
