Denver's sports world stirred up a design debate as old as time: are similar designs copyright infringement, or are there simply no original designs anymore?
@dnvr_sports has lawyered up and issued a cease and desist. When Denver Sports continued with their logo, DNVR's lawyers then "filed a complaint against the corporation in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Their claims include “trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade dress infringement, dilution by tarnishment, and tortious interference arising out of Bonneville’s trademark infringement of Plaintiff’s trademarks,” ( @imfromdenver ).
