If you attended the 2020 National Quarterback Club Awards Dinner & Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, you certainly remember Carly and her little sister Emma. At just 8 years old, Carly started lemonaids4hearingaids. She sews Lemons to raise money in support of children and families with hearing loss! "My baby sister was born with hearing loss, and my other sister was diagnosed a few months later. Now they both wear hearing aids!," said Carly. "I learned that hearing aids are super expensive and not all kids are able to have them. Kids who can't hear need to be able to hear if they want too!!! I want every child that needs hearing aids to be able to own a pair! That's my goal." National Quarterback Club Charities donated proceeds from the 2020 event to Carly's nonprofit. It's been found that injuries sustained from football and other contact sports can cause hearing loss, so Carly's mission is so relevant to us!
