Alaffia was founded by a husband and wife team with the main goal of lifting the nation of Togo (where the founder Olowo-n’djo is from) out of poverty. They do this through creating a line of natural beauty and body care products that source the ingredients such as shea butter, coconut, and neem from@local cooperatives that they’ve created in Togo. The products then go to such empowerment programs as Maternal care, reforestation, school building, and school supply and bicycle donations. . . .
