Unfortunately with the amount of athletes coaches have to watch in a weekend most won’t stick around long if they’re struggling to figure out who you are. They might make a note to come back, but those chances aren’t always great. Don’t inconvenience those trying to recruit you! DON’T CHANGE YOUR JERSEY # Once you’ve started the recruiting process and coaches have started to put your name out there, it can be a confusing obstacle when we come to watch #11 on XYZ Club and there is no #11 because she’s now #5 ALSO pretty much every college coach uses UA (University Athlete) to evaluate & track recruits.
