One example is a father and a son working at #Raute #Delta, #Canada. Jim joined Raute Delta (Durand Machine back then) in 1992. In the year 2018, a 15-year-old Spencer followed his father's footsteps and started his #career at Raute. Currently, Spencer works at Raute as a #Millwright and is taking his Red Seal at the same time as an #apprentice. For both, father and son, the best thing about working at Raute are the #people.
