I have a few references in my book to my 24 years of singleness, this being one. As I’d think all Christians are, I’m a big advocate of running your race full-speed toward God, and if someone running the same pace or faster comes alongside and keeps running with you — amazing. Marry them. If not, keep running your race. Keep pursuing your dreams. Keep making memories. Keep making an impact on this world — single, dating, engaged, or married. I’m looking for a ministry partner in my husband, but that’s not to say I can’t start my ministry without him.
