Tested my Nikon 50mm 1.2 on my Fuji GFX 50r using my metabones adapter literally as soon as it showed up. VERY impressed. Technically far from perfect. The lens itself is somewhat soft wide open, though tack sharp by F2. Also has some vignette. At 4:3 and 3:2 it is noticeable but useable. It can be used to for creative effect and is probably easily removable in post. At 1:1 it is barely noticeable. Same with 24:65 which is my favorite crop in general. Optically it may not resolve as well as the GFX lenses, and I haven’t pixel peeped, but the SOOC jpegs look fine. And the lens oozes all the character that it has on film. Beautiful color rendition, contrast, transition, and bokeh. .
