Picked up #graflex RB Series D 4x5 for next to nothing. Testing it out to decide if I should shoot it as is or completely refurbish it. Leather is separating in a few spots but the lens, mirror, ground glass, and bellows are great. Unfortunately there are a few pinholes on the 1/3 curtain (seen in the photos) so the shutter curtain will need repair or replacement, and I will need to figure out how to mount my 8” Pentac. Decisions, decisions. These were all shot with The RB and the stock Kodak Anastigmat 7 1/2” 4.5 wide open on #ilford Delta 100. What should I do? Full restoration? Repair?
