The Portland Pilots are a No. 13 seed and playing No. 4 Kansas State in a first-round game as the NCAA announced its women’s basketball tournament bracket Sunday. The Pilots (21-12) are making back-to-back NCAA appearances after winning the West Coast Conference tournament championship Tuesday. Portland plays its first round game at Kansas State (25-7) in Manhattan, Kan. The other game in Portland’s Manhattan pod is No. 5 Colorado vs. No. 12 Drake..
