What's the best way to gain interest in your business? Be more social on your socials! Don't just DO social, BE social. It's called SOCIAL media for a reason. Don't just post and expect likes and follows. Or rather you might get likes and maybe some follows because of what you're posting but if you're not engaging with your commenters or proactively engaging on other people's socials it's unlikely those likes might turn into actual sales. I see this a lot especially from those slightly bigger businesses who believe their service or product is so good it should sell itself. Unless you're a big brand, it's unlikely. And even then, it really annoys me that the bigger brands ignore their customers' comments or questions. How about you?
