Giles Brandreth tried it on This Morning the other day and it apparently went down like a lead balloon. Humour is one thing I couldn't live without in my life. I have an absurd sense of humour and have no trouble amusing myself. (For that, read: not many people get my jokes! Except for my dear sister here but I think she just laughs at anything!) I look at my (some might say, terrible) sense of humour as a gift and have my father to thank for it. He too has a great sense of humour and kept us laughing throughout our childhood.
