How are you using social media to entice your customers back?⁠ ⁠ I saw a great example of social media use last week by a cafe that's back in business. (Shout out to @sunflowerbistro) It was a simple picture of their inside seating showing their customers how they have adapted to the new rules and how that would look for them. For any customers who were a little anxious about what to expect on their return or whether they even should, it went a long way to alleviate any worries. ⁠ ⁠ The way your business operates has probably altered and I have heard from quite a few people that they aren't returning to their usual shops or cafes because they don't know what to expect or how to behave - the new rules are making them anxious and it seems "like such a faff".
