A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset. And this is the one who can show me the way. These last few months have presented challenges for our little people like never before and yesterday my little one sobbed her heart out because, despite not wanting to actually go back to school to work, she is dearly missing her friends. And with two parents trying to work and a 21 year old sibling who's also #wfh , she hasn't perhaps had the best attention from us either (queue extraordinarily huge amounts of parental guilt). I don't think I have worried so much about her before now. Her schooling, her social education, her physical health and safety, and her mental health. And yet she's the one who shows me how to bounce back so quickly from feeling low. So today, mindset adjusted, I am going to learn some more lessons from her.
