What does it mean to "feel old?"
Ageing isn't a bad thing and certainly shouldn't be seen as such when it comes to work. Ageing doesn't equal being out of touch, or being less than capable of achieving something. The language we use, especially on ourselves, is so important.

We're fed a lot of ageist assumptions from an early age but the world we live in is very different now and age should no longer define our interests, how we are supposed to look or behave or what we're capable of achieving. With age comes growth in, hopefully, many areas of our lives.
