Just reading about what it means to be introverted over on Twitter with their trending hashtag #stupidquestionsforintroverts and I can honestly say that it is exactly what being introverted means for me. No, I’m not anti people; yes, in some situations I’m a little quiet (you might say shy); yes I enjoy small groups and not big parties; yes, I love a “do” but very social situations leave me exhausted but most of all, I need to recharge alone. Not easy when you live in a smallish house with 3 kids and a husband that works from home. Which is why I’m reading about others needing to recharge quietly at 9.37am in the back corner of a McDonalds with a coffee.
