Just a little reminder to myself of how far I’ve come in my social media journey. Over a year ago I started out with my campaign on women and midlife and how age shouldn’t define your capabilities and choices. As well as learning about social media I also learnt a whole lot about myself and the menopause and discovered that being of a certain age wasn’t the obstacle I’d previously seen it to be. I never knew that education in one subject would lead to so much knowledge and support on another seemingly unrelated topic. That’s one of the things I love about social media.
