When I was little I didn't want to grow up. And maybe that's why I struggled, as I was growing up, to know who I was. I was a bit of a nerdy misfit. Always on the edge of the crowd and never really sure of myself. It can take quite a few years to know yourself and I'm grateful that I find myself in my midlife years completely aware of who I am, what I stand for, what my values are and what I believe in and feel strongly about. ⠀

Growing older is a gift and I'm grateful that I am getting that chance to keep growing and learning, not just about myself, but about the world around me too. And with that growth has come a certain courage and open-mindedness to try out new things and new ventures. I'm excited about the year ahead with my social media management business. It's been a good year of growth and education for me and if you're loving what you do each day, you must be in the right business, right?⠀
