I watched these fabulous young men graduate today. While I admit to a little stab of jealousy that they have their young years ahead of them, it made me realise how lucky I am to have experienced all the things that have happened in my life since my graduation (albeit a high school graduation at 18 while an exchange student in #Tacoma, WA 😜). ✈️🏟🗽🏝☘️ My life has been granted with great adventures and opportunities. So it was not a jealousy fuelled by regret, nor of thinking that there’s nothing new ahead for me, (I know there are more adventures to come); Just a pang for when life was adventure filled but also free from responsibility for others.
