So I had one of those awful, awful perimenopausal days yesterday when everything went wrong. Missed deliveries, re-mortgaging woes, elderly parent with ill health, got rear ended by a car on a roundabout, and to top it all I'm still on a period that's lasted over thirty days and still none the wiser about the HRT I'm on and how I'm supposed to administer it. So the day ended with me sobbing on my hub's shoulder. Thank goodness for him and his understanding ways.⠀ ⠀ This morning here I am. Ready to go and do some work (swimming teacher hat on this morning) and feeling that I haven't got it bad. In fact, I'm super lucky. And Maya, as ever, says it like it is. Happy Friday!
