So I've been on Estrogel (Estradiol) HRT for a week now and I'm wondering when it's feasible that I should start feeling some effects of it. If you've been on HRT, how long before you felt the beneficial effects of it? I'm on two pumps a day and the consultant said, "if you feel you need it, go up to four a day". How do I know if I need to increase it?
