We all know the important role that #oestrogen performs in our bodies but what about #testosterone? It's usually attributed only to men and the one said to be responsible for sex drive and aggression. But there's actually more to it than that and women need it too. From the age of 25 your testosterone starts to lower but not as abruptly as oestrogen which takes quite a marked drop just before and during your fifties.
