Still looking for a yoga style that suits you? Here's a look at two more types of yoga: If you are looking to sweat in yoga, then Hot Yoga or Bikram Yoga is the style for you. Bikram yoga is named after Bikram Choudhury and features a sequence of set poses in a sauna-like room—typically set to 105 degrees and 40 percent humidity. The sequence includes a series of 26 basic postures, with each one performed twice. It helps you sweat out toxins and increases your strength and flexibility. Iyengar yoga is not a common one. It was founded by B.K.S. Iyengar and focuses on alignment as well as detailed and precise movements. It is interested in helping students achieve & maintain health & wellbeing and it does this through emphasising precision and alignment in all poses, using props to assist students to go deeper into poses in order to perfect them.
