The #Moomins have the secrets of life all figured out. If you haven’t yet had a chance to watch @moominvalleytv on @skyone then I urge you to do so. It’s so beautiful. You don’t need to have kids around to justify watching it. I generally cry at each episode because of its lovely messages. A while back I went to the Moomin Exhibition at the @southbankcentre and learnt so much about Tove Jansson’s life and the way she used her characters to represent different parts of herself and her companions. She was an astute writer and allowed the Moomins to give us a few lessons in life, such as:- * Occasionally a good cry is just what you need to grow.
