Nowadays, we often snatch a quick cup of something, maybe don't even finish it before it gets cold or don't even notice it if we're catching up with friends. #trulymetime to sit alone and savour a cup of tea. (I know it's not quite a Sir Ranulph Fiennes type of challenge but really if you saw how little I sat down for a quiet cuppa you'd understand). I have yet to decide which kind of tea I'll go for. I'm not big on the fruit teas. Don't mind a chamomile but have recently bought a lovely Yogi Tea called Stomach Ease.
