I'm lucky to live by the coast but the #thamesestuary is no match for the fantastic #atlanticocean . There is something so amazing about the ocean. Its untameable force, the sound of crashing waves and just how scarily vast it is. 🌊It's the perfect place for mindfulness, meditation and #trulymetime. ⠀ ⠀ If you can today, take a little trip down memory lane - maybe get your old photos out - and fill yourself with some happiness at the thought of an amazing place you've visited and would love to again. Then, maybe, get planning the next excursion.
