Thanks to some of the wonderful women here on Instagram who are prepared to tell their stories, I have learnt so so much about #perimenopause, #menopause and all the symptoms that go along with it as well as the ins and outs of #HRT. We must not suffer in silence. Who cares if we potentially reveal how old we are by talking about our menopause journey (not all of us, of course. Some of us experience early menopause).
