Feeling good today. I have taken that first step towards sorting out #hrt with my doctor. Over the past couple of weeks I have researched and read a fair bit of information about #menopause and the possible treatments, with valuable insights from @menopause_doctor and @lizearleme and I'm feeling positive. Just making a small decision (something my menopausal brain struggles with 🤣 ) can make a huge difference.
