Ran my first #5krun back in March. No real training or technique just vibes really
I recently did a race and went all out. Almost cut my time by 10 mins. Keep in mind this is with weekly training, changing my diet, and more endurance.
Hopefully I can keep this up for next year but hey. I guess I’m a runner now.
