It’s been a chaotic week, but I still want to share snippets of a piece I wrote for readtheroommag about Station 19’s wlw representation (beautifully portrayed by dsavre + spampistefania), its impact, and the fight the fandom has taken on to savestation19. 🔗 in bio if you want to read in full. 💛 I’m relatively private and rarely post these days, let alone share any of my work. But it felt too important not to share. And I’m honestly really proud of this piece because it’s personal. Growing up, it was rare to see LGBTQIA+ characters on screen that weren’t there for a punchline, to be villainized, or to contribute to harmful tropes.
