One thing some tend to forget about in racing is that there are so many things outside of the driver and team’s control. We were reminded of this tonight at Huntsville.
Gavon put together a solid practice and qualifying run that resulted in him starting in the inside of row 3 for the race. He had several close battles on track but a brake issue would end his night with only a few laps to go.
We could not be more thankful for Shane, Taylor, and everyone else at Corum Racing for their support and help the past few weeks. It’s been a great learning experience for everyone filled with a lot of fun.
