Left Nashville last night with a hard-fought top 10 finish! There's a lot to be said for the adversity that had to be overcome multiple times yesterday. There's even more to be said when you consider said adversities with the challenges of still learning a new car. Overall, there is progress being made each time the #9 Legend hits the track and that is what matters. Gavon started the race 10th and was involved in some early contact that resulted in some damage that was thankfully not detrimental to his race, but did require him to fight his way to the front. He was able to battle back and ended up crossing the line 6th. Consistent finishes while being able to load the car in one piece are huge right now.
