Today under ☀️ skies, we completed Day 1 of the Qualies at the 2020 HEB Pro Tennis Open, here in Austin, TX.   Happy Birthday to one of our qualifiers, Simran Kortikere🎂, celebrating her two match wins (6/0, 6/0 and 6/1, 6/1) in addition to her birthday today. Fellow Longhorn 🤘, Gabrielle Cusano, also won both of her matches today, 6/0, 6/4 and 6/1, 6/1.  And we had several other returning schools with new faces winning their matches, including Memphis Tigers🐅 Freshman, Miriam Grosman who also grabbed wins with 6/2, 6/3 and 6/1, 6/1. This doesn’t begin to cover the hard fought victories!  👏  Amazing day of tennis all around!
