The Blue Door Neighborhood Center is a space to learn, connect and focus on your health. They want to empower you to make a difference in your health. In particular, we aim to help you work to improve your health in the following areas: 1. Nutrition 2. Fitness 3. Family and child wellness 4. Mental health 5. Heart health 6. Diabetes management 7.
