Pressure. • • This piece is about the pressure we feel in our society to be perfect and the anxiety and depression we develop because of it. We come up with manifestation quotes to help us feel something, and I believe we all do this because we all want to live and feel something authentic. When I feel intense emotions, my chest will get really heavy. I imagine that I store these intense thoughts in my heart, and I wondered what my heart would say if I opened it up? Overall, I have positive and negative comments, manifestation quotes, high expectations, and things I will only understand coming out of my heart. We are complex and complicated, and I love that about humans. We all are truly fascinating. But, once we all accept that we are all different, we can come together. Acceptance is the key to living your authentic life. It can set you free. It was so freeing to write whatever the hell I wanted.
